1. Walk & Talk Consultation — Starting at $250.00
A comprehensive walkthrough providing expert design advice for homes up to 2,500 sq. ft. (Approx. 2 hours). Includes a detailed written action plan to help prepare the property for its best presentation or your own fresh start. Additional time is billed at $125.00/hr for larger properties or extended sessions.
This package applies to our Mini Staging Consultation & Pre-Listing Preparation services, which include:

Additional staging time is billed at $125.00/hr (billed in 30-minute increments after the initial 4 hours). Includes your initial consultation.
This package applies to our Occupied Home Staging service, which includes:
Hands-on rearranging of your existing furniture to highlight the home's layout and space.

3. Signature Shop & Style Session — Starting at $850.00
Includes everything in the Power Session for one (1) Living Area (e.g., Living Room OR Kitchen OR Primary Bedroom). Includes 3 hours of expert sourcing for the primary area. Note: Attached primary bathrooms, closets, or additional rooms are billed at a flat rate of $300 per room (covers extra design coordination and requires 1.5 hours of sourcing each at $125.00/hr). Client provides a separate decor budget for all purchases.
