1. Walk & Talk Consultation — Starting at $250.00
A comprehensive walkthrough providing expert design advice for homes up to 2,500 sq. ft. (Approx. 2 hours). Includes a detailed written action plan to help prepare the property for its best presentation or your own fresh start. Additional time is billed at $125.00/hr for larger properties or extended sessions.
This package applies to our Mini Staging Consultation & Pre-Listing Preparation services, which include:
A walk-through evaluation of the home before it is listed for sale.
Identifying areas that may distract buyers or impact first impressions.
Providing clear guidance on decluttering and removing unnecessary items.
Recommending simple updates such as paint touch-ups or minor cosmetic improvements.
Suggesting furniture placement and rearranging to improve room flow and visual balance.
Recommending lighting improvements to brighten rooms for photos, showings, and online marketing.
Offering curb appeal suggestions to strengthen the exterior presentation.
Creating a clear, customized action plan checklist so the homeowner can follow it easily.
2. Society Refresh Power Session — Starting at $600.00
A high-impact, 4-hour hands-on session using your existing furniture and decor to transform your space. Focuses on optimizing key living areas to maximize flow, light, and aesthetic appeal. Additional staging time is billed at $125.00/hr (billed in 30-minute increments after the initial 4 hours). Includes your initial consultation.
This package applies to our Occupied Home Staging service, which includes:
Hands-on rearranging of your existing furniture to highlight the home's layout and space.
Decluttering and simplifying rooms to make them feel larger and more inviting.
Adding simple, professional styling touches to create a polished, high-end presentation.
Preparing the home specifically for professional listing photos and upcoming showings.
Recommending or sourcing supplemental furniture, artwork, or decor pieces when needed to enhance the overall look.
3. Signature Shop & Style Session — Starting at $850.00
Includes everything in the Power Session for one (1) Living Area (e.g., Living Room OR Kitchen OR Primary Bedroom). Includes 3 hours of expert sourcing for the primary area. Note: Attached primary bathrooms, closets, or additional rooms are billed at a flat rate of $300 per room (covers extra design coordination and requires 1.5 hours of sourcing each at $125.00/hr). Client provides a separate decor budget for all purchases.
